A scanning & setup fee is required for all NEW PRINT ORDERS that are not 'print ready'. Setup applies per original & is charged once and kept on for fast & easy re-ordering.
Setup cost includes:
• Scanning, colour-matching & test printing
• Adding borders and/or removing blemishes (or signatures) *if required
Don’t forget to attach your artwork when checking out!
There is no setup fee required for:
• Supplied scans or digital artworks
• Supplied ’Print Ready’ files
We check all submitted files prior to print for any foreseeable issues in clarity and resolution - we will contact you if we have any concerns or questions. If you require us to make adjustments to your file, setup charges will apply.
Turnaround time:
We always try our best to get you setup as quickly as possible - but due to the intricate and time-consuming process this usually takes 5-10 business days.
